Culvert Work on Overbrook Drive NE to Finish in February

Overbrook Drive NE, near 123 and 128 Overbrook Drive NE, has been closed to through traffic due to a culvert failure. The road is now expected to be closed through the end of February 2010.
 
The initial phase of the project is complete. The remaining sections of culvert have been removed and utility conflicts have been addressed. The new culvert materials will be manufactured within the next three weeks. Contract construction crews will begin work installing the new culvert in mid January 2010.

 

Motorists can use Wilhelm Pl NE and Bridlewood PL NE as alternate routes.
